On 25 April, Maria Sedysheva, a specialist at the SPbGASU Psychological Support Service for students, conducted a psychological training “Effective Employment” for students.

They talked about psychological readiness for professional socialization and career building, skills of confident interaction with potential employers in the job search process. In addition, the rules and nuances of drawing up an applicant’s resume were considered.

During a business game, students practiced the skills of confident self-presentation during the employment process, as well as methods of emotional self-regulation in stressful situations of interpersonal interaction.
