About centre

The Centre is equipped with testing equipment and measurement means certified and verified in accordance with the established regulations; it has all regulatory and other necessary documents for testing products included in the sphere of its accreditation. The Centre is unaffiliated with producers and consumers; this excludes any possibility of administrative, commercial, financial, or any other influence on the outcomes of testing construction products.

The Centre’s staff consists of highly qualified specialists properly trained and certified. They all have field-specific education, qualification, and vast experience of testing in the declared field of accreditation.

The Centre operates in accordance with the Russian Federation legislation in effect and regulatory and methodological documents of the Federal Agency on Technical Regulation and Metrology (Rosstandart), the Federal Service for Accreditation (RusAccreditation), and the Ministry of Construction Industry, Housing and Utilities Sector (Minstroy Russia).

Types of works

In the sphere of getting credible information on the compliance of construction materials and products with the requirements of regulatory documents, the Testing Centre’s activities:

  • Control testing of products, including incoming inspection of resources and materials, periodic and acceptance tests
  • Preparation of technical certificates
  • Conducting works on behalf of certification bodies on the examination of product specifications
  • Testing of construction materials and structures, quality control of construction and assembly works; testing product samples at the request of third-party organizations, non-destructive examination and measurement of the properties of materials and structural units at their location
  • Acceptance, periodic, and routine types of testing
  • Research activities for the improvement of testing methods and means
  • Participation in the scientific and technical cooperation for the development of regulatory and methodological documents
  • Expert examination of regulatory documents in the necessary for testing part.

  • optimum scheduling and monitoring of replacement and installation of constructions and the equipment;
  • monitoring of geometrical parameters change of operated buildings and plants with definition of magnitudes of planned and high-rise strains;
  • renewal of the general plan and a reconstruction of the lost building documentation of acting installation;
  • operative execution of panoramic shooting for definition of visibility from various view points of designed buildings and constructions (according to «high-rise limitations»)
