In 2010 science and higher school Committee announces the best innovation project Contest in the field of science and higher professional education in Saint-Petersburg

Science and higher school Committee according to N 605-104 Saint-Petersburg Act `Saint-Petersburg budget for 2010 and for 2011, 2012 period` of 25.11.2009 and № 684 Government regulation `Major measures for scientific work development in Saint-Petersburg for the 2008-2011 period ` of 19.06.2007 holds the best innovation project in the field of science and higher professional education in Saint-Petersburg contest.
The contest purpose is to discover and support authors (composite authors) realizing innovation projects and representing higher educational institutions, specialized and academic institutes, active innovation organizations located in Saint-Petersburg. Competitors are authors (natural persons forming composite author) applying for the contest and realizing professional activity at the organization to locate in Saint-Petersburg and not to be under reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy.

The best innovation project in the field of science and higher professional education in Saint-Petersburg contest winners are awarded with diplomas and valuable prizes in following nominations:
• The best scientific and innovation idea
• The best innovation business proposal
• The best innovation project business plan
• The best innovation product

There are several directions in each nomination:

• Natural systems
• Industry of nanosystems and materials
• Power engineering energy savings
• Efficient nature management
• Transport, aviation and cosmic systems

Entries are accepted from 11:00 to 18:00 (excepting Saturday and Sunday)
Entries are to be sent in from 19.05.2010 to 17.06.2010 inclusive.

It`s advisable for contestants to send in the entries to the address above personally.  To participate in the contest applicant is to produce a set of documents including application (entry) (Appendix № 1), qualification card (Appendix № 2), project description under nomination chosen (Appendixes № 3-6).
