The Russian Science Foundation announces an open public competition for foundation grants in the priority area of activity of the Russian Science Foundation “Conducting fundamental scientific research and exploratory scientific research by international scientific teams.”
The open public competition is held jointly with the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).
Grants are allocated to Russian research teams for the implementation of scientific, scientific and technical programs and projects selected based on the results of a competition, providing for fundamental scientific research and exploratory scientific research in 2025–2027 in the following fields of knowledge:
- Mathematics, computer science and systems sciences;
- Physics and space sciences;
- Chemistry and materials sciences;
- Earth sciences;
- Engineering.
Document submission deadline: 05:00 p.m. 24 April 2024.
Grant size: from 4 to 7 million rubles annually.
The competiton is open to projects from international scientific teams, each consisting of a Russian scientific team and a foreign scientific team.
