This is the call for the recruitment of volunteers for the XXVIII St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), which will be held from 18 to 21 June, 2025 in St Petersburg at the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Center (64/1, Peterburgskoe Shosse).
The St Petersburg International Economic Forum is one of the largest and most significant business events in the world. Over 27 years, the forum has earned the status of a leading global platform for discussing key issues of the global economy, establishing cooperation ties, and exchanging best global practices and competencies to ensure sustainable development.
Volunteers and temporary staff of the forum will be provided with:
- specialized training: lectures on the services and structure of the SPIEF, training in functional areas;
- modern uniform: after the event, the uniform remains with the volunteers as a gift;
- free meals: two hot meals a day during the shift, drinking water;
- transfer to the venue: for volunteers and temporary employees working at the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre, at the airport and at Accreditation Centre No. 1;
- letters of gratitude: from the forum organizers, presented to all volunteers and temporary employees;
- internships at the Roscongress Foundation: the best SPIEF-2025 volunteers will have the opportunity to take part in a competition for an internship at the Foundation;
- the opportunity to become a volunteer at Roscongress Foundation events in other cities.
The best volunteers of SPIEF-2025 will be compensated for their expenses on transportation, accommodation and meals while working at the foundation’s events in other cities of Russia.
Participation in the forum as a volunteer will allow you to witness the main business event in our country and gain unique experience in organizing a world-class event.
To register your desire to take part in the SPIEF-2025 project, you must sign up on the congress.ru website (registration link: https://reg.congress.ru/users/registration/) and check the box “SPIEF-2025, St. Petersburg, 18–21.06.25” in your personal account in the “Work” tab until 31.03.2025.
