MC-Student is an annual all-Russian youth competition, the winners of which can go on an internship at the MC-Bauchemie company with the possibility of subsequent employment, and all participants will be included in the concern’s personnel reserve and will be able to undergo interviews for vacant positions of the company itself or its partners.
Competition stages:
I. First stage (February-March 2024) – training, which will be conducted by specialists in the field of construction chemistry, and an assessment procedure;
II. Second stage (end of March – April 2024) – final of the competition: solving group and individual cases;
III. Formation of the final assessment and selection of winners (end of March - April 2024);
IV. Internship in the company.
The competition is held in two directions:
- concrete industry;
- infrastructure and industrial construction.
The competition is open to students studying in the following specialties:
- production and use of building materials, products and structures;
- industrial and civil construction;
- construction;
- urban construction and economy;
- design of buildings and structures;
- Department of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnics;
- Department of Construction of Thermal and Nuclear Energy Facilities;
- Department of Hydraulics and Hydraulic Engineering;
- Department of Water Supply and Sanitation;
- other related specialties.
