On 29th May, 2017 the St.-Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering was visited by representatives of Association of young builders of Hong Kong (HKCA YMS).

Foreign visitors met the administration of the university and faculties, young teachers, representatives of the Student council of foreign students and the representative of Chinese students at SPSUACE.

On behalf of the executives of the university visitors were welcomed by the pro-rector on study I.R.Lugovskaya. The great interest of visitors was caused by presentations of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering Ecology and Municipal Economy and economy and management faculty of SPSUACE. A Chinese student Ljao Venchzhan told about his impressions of Russia, St.-Petersburg and studies at the university. In turn, the delegates presented their association, told about Hong Kong - its architecture, culture, traditions.

Together with students of SPSUACE foreign visitors took part in a business game "Ice breaker" which purpose was «to break ice» in mutual relations between cultures, to come into friendly contacts.

The visit schedule also included an excursion around the university, visiting an exhibition «Two prospects», the Museum of SPSUACE history, the Main library, educational laboratories.

Intention to create association of young builders on the basis of SPSUACE in St.-Petersburg, and also interest of the both parties in a student's exchange became the meeting result.
