From 5 to11th December, 2016 thematic actions in frameworks of "Week of legal knowledge» took place in SPSUACE, dated for the International day of the fight against corruption. A senior lecturer of the Chair of History and philosophy of SPSUACE, candidate of historical sciences Sergey Yurjevich Kargapoltsev read open lectures to first-year students.
During the conversation which was held in the Assembly hall of the university, S.J. Kargapoltsev defined such concepts and terms as the Roman right and its value, justice, civil society, patronage system, majorat, corruption and so on. The stages of a legal system formation in the Russian state from Old Russian time till the current period were considered, and also sources and system signs of such phenomenon as corruption: regionalism, feedings, serfdom, class courts, bureaucracy, nomenclature, legal immunity, etc. Participants of the actions with genuine interest took part in the discussion of problems of legal culture and civil self-discipline.
