On 27th September, 2017 the all-Russian action “A week of safety” started in SPSUACE.

A live dialogue of students and teachers in which system questions of communications and norms of safety in the conditions of a modern megacity (St.-Petersburg) was held on a debatable platform « Individual in a megacity». A senior lecturer of the Department of History and Philosophy, the chief of civil defense and emergency situation staff of the Faculty of Civil Engineering S.J.Kargapoltsev paid special attention of first-year students on necessity of following traffic rules, antiterrorist safety, rules of behavior of youth in overcrowded places and also in hostels and on transport.

Children asked their questions, trying to balance their rights and duties with restrictions and external world requirements.
