Invention of D.Sc. in engineering, professor, head of the Chair of Technology of Construction Production Yudina Antonina F. and PhD degree student of the chair Nadezhda V. Rozantseva “Method of seam roofing connection with chevron and insulant” was registered in the Federal service on intellectual property. There was given an invention patent of the Russian Federation № 2533463 exclusive rights of which belong to Federal state budgetary educational institution of higher professional education “Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering”.

The invention refers to the sphere of construction in particular to the method of assembly of sheet metal roofing provided with heat insulation panels on chevron system”. The invention can be used in erection of buildings with sloping roofs and in repair of such buildings. Technical result of using this method consists in reduction of time needed for installation of roofing, reduction of labour volume needed, simplification of repair works, opportunity of secondary use of materials, improvement of heat insulation and hydro insulation properties of enclosures in conditions of changing temperature, moisture and mechanic impacts as well as use of urethane-foam panels for temporary roofing. Within the process of assembling activities there are no fight dangerous technologies. This invention can be used in the industry as it is made of famous materials and on the basis of well-known technologies. Congratulations to the authors of the invention!
