On 3rd October, 2017 an exhibition of creative works of the professor of the Department of Building Designs of SPSUACE Evgeny N. Serov opened in the Main library of the St.-Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering.

Dated to 85-year-old anniversary of Evgeny N. Serov, the exhibition is to show different aspects of activity of this remarkable person who is not only a teacher, scientist and author of books, but also a poet, singer, and, certainly, a talented landscape artist.

In his pictures there are places where he has been: the Far East, Baltic, Valaam, Old Ladoga. The reserved beauty of the native nature bewitches the spectator and talks to him, immersing him in a condition of contemplate, raised calmness. E.N.Serov paints in oils, choosing sated, clear shades. His pictures reflect harmony and greatness of the world around.

We congratulate Evgeny Serov on his anniversary, and wish him good health and further success!

The exhibition in the Student's hall of the Main library will last till 30th October, 2017.
