Attention! New format of the admission campaign-2020

Dear applicants!

In connection with the development of the epidemiological situation in our country, the RF Ministry of Higher Education and Science by order No. 547 dated 03.04.2020 “On the special features of admission to study in educational programs of higher education, i.e., Bachelor’s degree programs, Specialist’s degree programs, Master’s degree programs, training programs for scientific and pedagogical personnel in postgraduate school for the 2020/21 academic year” enacted changes to the procedure for the admission campaign of 2020.

The start date of the admission campaign in 2020 does not change: the campaign will start on June 19. The deadline for the admission campaign has not yet been determined and will depend on the schedule and announcement of the results of the Unified State Exam. After the official announcement of the results of the USE, school graduates will have at least 23 days to submit documents to universities. 

When conducting the admission campaign at SPbGASU, applicants will be able to submit their documents in two ways, both without the personal presence of an applicant:

• One may submit documents through their personal accounts on the SPbGASU website. The personal accounts will provide for downloading all necessary documents and track the status of the application. A link to personal accounts and instructions for working with them will be posted on the university website before the start of the admission campaign.
• On the State Services portal (Gosuslugi.ru), the RF Ministry of Education and Science is launching a project to create a Superservice “Online university enrollment, which will allow an applicant to submit documents in their personal accounts on the State Services portal. Currently, a public service showcase is operating. The “Test room” section allows you to step-by-step familiarize yourself with the process of submitting documents and enrollment. The launch of the service is scheduled for the period of the current year's admission campaign.

The SPbGASU Admission Committee will promptly and in full inform about the progress of preparation and conduct of the 2020 admission campaign on the university website in the tab “For applicants”.
