Delegation from India in SPSUACE

On 19th November, 2016 a scientific training of Masters from the University of applied sciences of M.S. Ramajja (Bangalore, India) came to the end at St.-Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering.

For two weeks Indian Masters under the direction of the assistant of the professor Dipthi Mohan Soared attended lectures of the teachers of SPSUACE, participated in practical trainings, performed laboratory works. Excursions to the industrial enterprises were an important part of the scientific training.

It has been the second visit of the Indian trainees to St.-Petersburg. A delegation of SPSUACE has also visited a foreign high school. Seeing off foreign visitors, the pro-rector on study Irina Robertovna Lugovskaja especially underlined that warm, sincere relations developed for so short time between SPSUACE and the University of applied sciences of M.S.Ramajja. Indian Masters thanked a receiving party for interesting and informative lectures, unforgettable excursions and walks around St.-Petersburg and nearby suburbs, acquaintance to features of culture and art of Russia, and also strong friendly bonds which developed with students of SPSUACE, who were always ready to help: in study - as instructors, and at leisure - as guides-interpreters.

The foreign visitors in practice proved a Russian proverb «fun is not a hindrance to work », having arranged a real holiday to the hospitable students of SPSUACE. At the end of an official part in the assembly hall dynamical Indian music began to sound, and dazzlingly smiling girls in elegant saris executed the Indian dance, and nobody was indifferent. Not only students of both countries, but also teachers joined the dancing girls. This short, but a joyful holiday finished with a performance of the creative collective of SPSUACE on the improvised scene, they showed a fervent Russian national dance.

The Indian visitors expressed hope to meet students of SPSUACE again, but then at the University of applied sciences of M.S.Ramajja, in the city of Bangalore.
