Constitution Day is celebrated in Russia on 12 December. On this day in 1993, the fundamental law of the state was adopted by popular vote.

The Constitution of the Russian Federation has supreme legal force, direct effect and is applied everywhere. Other laws and legal acts must not conflict with it. This is the core of the country's entire legal system, determining the meaning and content of other laws.

In our university, they respect the laws, teach students to love their Fatherland, cultivate tolerance and the desire to be useful to society. Students develop and gain knowledge in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual respect.
