People's Unity Day is celebrated in Russia on 4 November. The holiday commemorates the creation of the people's militia in 1612 under the leadership of Kuzma Minin and Dmitry Pozharsky. Having united at a critical moment in history, our ancestors drove the invaders out of the country.

Events of the past help us understand the importance of agreement, mutual understanding and support, thanks to which we can overcome any difficulties and solve any problems, even the most difficult ones.

SPbGASU is proud of the atmosphere of friendship and cooperation, respect for the traditions of different nations created at our university. The university actively works with young people to educate them in citizenship and patriotism.
