Road Economy Workers' Day is celebrated on the third Sunday of October. In 2024, the holiday falls on the 20th of this month.

On this day, we honor those who build highways and overpasses, tunnels and bridges, who provide reliable transport links between the cities and regions of our vast Motherland. It is also a professional holiday for students, teachers and employees of the SPbGASU Faculty of Automobile and Road Building (FARB).

Founded in 1947, the faculty trains specialists in demand in the road industry. FARB scientists conduct research on current topics and are actively involved in inventive activities. You can prove yourself and acquire new knowledge and competencies in the faculty's auto club, as well as in the driving school, interdepartmental laboratories, and the mobile road laboratory.
