“The department of descriptive geometry was founded in 1930, but the discipline itself had been taught from the day the school was founded. No builder, no architect can work without solid knowledge in this area. The books presented at the exhibit are not in the everyday use: this is our value and pride. As for the importance and value of the discipline, I would like to note that the oldest edition in our collection dates 1568. This is a textbook on building perspectives,” said the Director of the library Irina German.
