On November 7, 2018 an exhibition “Etching. Acquatint. By Nina Kozimova” opened in Science and research library of SPbGASU dedicated to the memory of SPbGASU lithographic typist Pakharevsky and organized by the Department of Drawing and Science and research library of SPbGASU.
The works by Saint-Petersburg artist and SPbGASU graduate Kozimova are displayed. She finished SPbGASU in 1976 and then worked there together with Pukharevsky who influenced her art a lot. Her favourite genres are bookplate, designer’s books and woodcut.
Associate Professor of the Department of Drawing Chernaya: “The most important thing for an artist is love – love to art, materials and work. It was Pukharevsky who taught the artist the secrets of art”.
Nina Kozimova told about her creative career and about the exhibition.
The exhibition is opened till December 27, 2018.
