On 1st February, 2018 an exhibition of works on art practice-2017 of II course students of the Faculty of Architecture of SPSUACE opened in the Scientific and technical library of SPSUACE  .

At the exhibition opening I.I.Herman the head of the library and teachers of the Department of Drawing made speeches.

“ The art practice was held within two weeks. Students worked with water colors and other materials, representing the Alexander Nevski Monastery, the Summer garden, Nikolsky cathedral, new resident blocks”, - said a senior lecturer of the department of drawing E.A.Chernaya.

The same day an exhibition to the 90 anniversary from the date of birth of an architect J.S.Ushakov (1928 - 1996) « Researcher of Russian North» opened in the Scientific and technical library .

“This exhibition is dedicated to the memory of one of the brightest professors of SPSUACE. His lectures caused an agiotage, experts from other cities came. Any his performance was a phenomenon. Every summer he went on the Russian North and brought something surprising. His photos, drawings and the works recreating lost monuments - this should not disappear from our memory”, - said the head of the Department of Architectural and Town-planning Heritage S. V.Sementsov at the exhibition opening .

Both exhibitions are open for visitors till 28th February, 2018
