On 22nd April, 2017 regular training courses on qualification improvement «Modern educational technologies in educational process of high school» came to the end at the St.-Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering.

The training included class and independent work.  Interactive lectures, educational discussions, work in groups with use of methods of critical thinking technology, work with educational cases, business games, other traditional and innovative educational technologies were applied at the courses.

Pedagogical staff of SPSUACE receive extended vocational training not rare than once in three years. The training is conducted in the educational organizations performing additional professional programs (programs of improvement of professional skills and the program of professional retraining), and also in structural divisions of the university:

• in the Institute of improvement of professional skills and professional retraining of experts;
• in the Training centre of Faculty of Automobile and Road Building;
• in the Academic-consulting centre on projects’ management.

The work on additional professional programs of improvement of professional skills of the teachers of SPSUACE is organized by the Department of extended education and quality management department.

Now an enrolment on training of teachers of SPSUACE in May - June, 2017 on the program «Working out and introduction electronic courses on platform LMS Moodle in educational process » is being conducted in the extended education department.
