On 26th May, 2017 a group of graduates from Germany, graduated high school in 1977 arrived in the St.-Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering. The graduates recollected their student's years, told about professional successes and learnt about changes which have taken place in the alma mater for the last 40 years.

Foreign visitors were met by the head of department of the international education and cooperation V.A.Artemjeva, the deputy chief of UmOiS Е. P.Seleznev, the dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering A.N.Panin the head of the Chair of Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation V.F.Vasiljev, the head of the Chair of Engineering Ecology A. V.Kudryavtsev, a senior lecturer of the Chair of Technology of Building Materials and Metrology V.B.Zverev. On the balustrade of the main building graduates had a talk with the dean of Faculty of Automobile and Road Building S.A.Evtjukov.

«We have an idea to create an active, operating association of foreign graduates of our high school. According to experience of many countries, graduates of high school are "gold reserves", - said V.A.Artemjeva during the meeting and offered visitors to share suggestions about this.

The German graduates visited faculties, chairs, educational classes, lithographic workshop, laboratories, the Main library, the Museum of history of high school, the Museum of history of Petersburg brick and everywhere they met hearty welcome.
