How the admissions campaign is going

The admissions campaign is gaining momentum at SPbGASU. The main influx of applicants is expected next week, after graduates receive certificates of secondary education, the admissions committee said.

Applicants are awaited by six faculties and the Institute of part-time studies, 24 bachelor's programs, four specialist programs, 31 master's programs. This year, SPbGASU has allocated 1,779 state-funded places. Among them, 223 places are for applicants for the targeted enrollment, 123 – for a special quota.

It is possible to submit documents in different ways - by visiting the university, by sending an application by mail, as well as online – through the applicant's personal account on the university website or the Public Services Portal.

Applicants entering SPbGASU based on the results of the unified state examination submit documents until July 25, for the faculty of architecture – until July 7. Those who enter on the basis of secondary vocational education, and those who have benefits, must submit documents until July 11.

For master's programs documents are accepted until July 29. For places with tuition fees based on the results of the unified state examination – until August 30, and until August 26 – according to the results of general education entrance examinations and entrance examinations based on secondary vocational education (except for programs of the faculty of architecture).

“This year there are especially a lot of guys who were at our career guidance events. They have already seen the university, they know how to fill out forms of documents. But most importantly, they are highly motivated. It means that we held these events not in vain,” said Elvira Tkachenko, deputy executive secretary of the admissions committee.

Konstantin Tugobokov graduated from the St Petersburg Governor's Physics and Mathematics Lyceum No. 30. He is interested in the program "Construction of unique buildings and structures." “This is one of the best fields of training. Many say that it is difficult, but I am not afraid of difficulties”, says the applicant. Konstantin has 275 USE points in three subjects.

Ivan Statkevich studied at the secondary school No. 511 in Pushkin and attended two career guidance events at our university. Ivan really likes the university, he aims to enter only SPbGASU.
