How to deal with offences in construction and transport sphere

On 28th April, 2017 within the limits of IV inter-chair scientifically-practical conference «Actual problems of counteraction to offences in construction and transport sphere», organized by the Chair of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, a section «Counteraction to offences in sphere of construction and transport by means of regulations of various branches of law» conducted the work.

The section work was headed by professor of the chair of criminal law and criminal procedure O.V.Harchenko.

Students and teachers of the Faculty of Forensic Expertise and Legislation in Construction and Transport and Faculty of Economics and Management, representatives of enterprises-employers took part in the section work.

Section reports concerned the decision of pressing questions: «Counteraction to infringements of requirements of labor safety and safety rules at conducting civil works by improving norms of the criminal legislation» (the professor of the chair of criminal law and criminal procedure of SPSUACE O.V.Harchenko); « Anticorruption policy of the state at present period» (a senior lecturer of the chair of criminal law and criminal procedure of SPSUACE A.E.Kalinovich); « A question of a corruption component in the sphere of construction supervision and control» (a senior lecturer of Chair of Legal Regulation of Town-planning Activity of SPSUACE E.A.Sharyapova; «Housing and communal services of Russia: condition and prospects» (a student J.Kulojan);« Economic safety of an enterprise and building complex »(a student A.Sahovskaya);« Criminal liability for the crimes in the sphere of shared construction»(a student M.Sapozhnikova);«Improving norms of the criminal legislation on protection of the rights of shared proprietors »( a student M.Khusainova).

At the conference students used their knowledge and skills received at studying disciplines "Criminal law", "Criminal procedure" and «Crimes in economic sphere».
