On 26th October, 2017 II All-Russia interuniversity conference «Master’s hearings» opened in the St.-Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering.

The conference was held on the basis of Faculty of Automobile and Road Building within the limits of VII All-Russia Festival of science NAUKA 0 + and it is directed on Masters’ representation o their work results, an exchange of experience to make Masters’ dissertations and discussion of the questions connected with realization of Master degree educational programs.

Participants of the conference - Masters and teachers of the Russian universities: SPSUACE, ITMO, Mining University, Engineering academy RUDN, TIU, РRSATU of P.A.Kostychev, NARFU,DSTU; representatives of the companies of SPb of State Unitary Enterprise "Passazhiravtotrans" and HeadHunter the Northwest.

The Conference opened with the section « Master's program and labor market». The pro-rector on study I. R.Lugovskaya addressed participants of the conference with a salutatory word, underlined urgency of a problem of professional training on the whole and Master's program role in this process in particular. «The Master degree program from a format of individual training and small groups changed in many respects in a usual format of the organization of high school training. Thus we understand that it is another educational level, as on the essence, a plan, and on approaches to the organization of educational process. Today universities stored a wide experience. It is different. All of us are interested in positive one. For an exchange of such experience there is a tradition of “Master’s hearings» in SPSUACE . In conclusion the pro-rector wished participants interesting and fruitful work.
