SPbGASU summed up the results of the enrollment campaign. 3378 people were admitted to the first year. Of these, 1,025 students will study on a budgetary basis in bachelor's and specialist programs, and 539 in master's programs. 1,829 bachelor's and specialist students and 692 master's students will receive knowledge on a contract basis.

• 101 people has become PhD students.

46 people used the target quota. A special quota was used by 37 applicants. According to a separate quota for applicants whose parents take part in a special military operation, 17 people are enrolled.

Residents of 87 regions of Russia entered the university. St Petersburg is leading - 1226 people (in 2022 - 373). 322 people were enrolled from the Leningrad region. Third place is the Murmansk region - 63 people. From the Krasnodar Territory - 59, the Arkhangelsk Region - 52, the Novgorod Region and Bashkortostan - 47 people each.

For admission to the Faculty of Architecture on a budgetary basis, the highest scores were required in the direction of "Architecture" (351). In second place is the direction "Design of architectural environment" (339). The third was the direction "Urban planning" (331).

At the Faculty of Civil Engineering, the direction “Construction of unique buildings and structures” became the leader in terms of the number of points required for admission on a budgetary basis (253). Second place was shared by "Applied mathematics and informatics (228) and "Information systems and technologies" (228).

For admission to the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Municipal Services on a budgetary basis, the most points required the direction "Land management and cadastre" (214). The second place was taken by the direction "Heat and gas supply and ventilation" (204). The top three was closed by the direction "Water supply and sanitation" (199).

At the Faculty of Automobile and Road Building, the first in terms of the number of required points for enrolling in the budget was the direction "Applied mechanics" (222), the second - "Technosphere safety", the third - "Land transport and technological means" (184).

For admission on a budgetary basis to the Faculty of Economics and Management, the directions "Economics" (262) and "Management" (265) required the most points.

This year SPbGASU opened new fields of study. Two of them are bachelor's programs: 09.03.03 Applied informatics and 54.03.01 Design.

The specialist's programs were replenished with a new field of study 54.05.03 Graphics, specialization "Graphic artist (graphic and poster art)".

Master's degree is available in the new direction 09.04.03 "Applied informatics", profile "Development of software for solving construction problems", as well as in the direction 54.04.01 "Graphic design".

During the 2023 admission campaign, applicants, when submitting documents, could indicate several preferred fields of study at each university, setting priorities under serial numbers from 1 to 5. Thus, at first the applicant participated in the competition for the specialty indicated under the first number, and if there were not enough points, he automatically became a participant in the competition according to the second priority, etc. Priorities could be changed before the completion date for the acceptance of documents.

According to Natalia Orlova, executive secretary of the SPbGASU Admissions Committee, the university continues to work with the online university admission super service on the public services portal. This year, 14,448 applications were submitted through it - more than 50 percent of the total. It is becoming more and more popular: applicants have realized how convenient it is.
