On 16th October, 2017 a master class on employment which was conducted by Svetlana Konkova the head of an event-direction of the company HeadHunter Northwest was held at the St.-Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering. Students of the Faculty of Economics and Management became participants of the master class.

The students learnt the situation on a labor market and got answers to hot questions: why employers can be interested in competitors without an operational experience; what directions of training and specialties are preferred by employers; what graduates of high schools are expected of; how to present yourself, what to write and what to hold back in a resume.

S.Konkova underlined that the important feature of the graduate is his ability to adapt for varying circumstances and to study constantly.
