Notice of competition to fill the academic teaching staff vacancies

St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in accordance with Art. 332 of the RF Labour Code and in connection with the availability of vacant positions for the academic teaching staff since September 1, 2022, announces a competition to fill positions of the teaching staff in the 2022/2023 academic year:

The competition procedure is determined by the "Regulations on the procedure for filling the positions of scientific and pedagogical workers" (approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated July 23, 2015 No. 749) and the "Regulations on the organization and procedure for electing by competition for the positions of pedagogical workers in SPbGASU" (approved by the decision of the Academic Council of SPbGASU dated April 20, 2017, protocol No. 4).

Qualification requirements are defined by:

• "Unified qualification directory of positions of managers, specialists and employees" (approved by order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation dated January 11, 2011 No. 1n);
• "Requirements for passing the competitive selection of teaching staff of SPbGASU" (approved by the decision of the Academic Council of SPbGASU dated June 29, 2021, protocol No. 7.

To participate in the competition, it is necessary to submit the following documents in a single package:

• application addressed to the Rector of the University (Appendix 1 of the Competition Regulations);
• a copy of the diploma of a higher education;
• a copy of the diploma of a candidate / doctor of science (if available);
• a copy of the certificate of associate professor / professor (if available);
• documents confirming the experience of scientific and pedagogical work (certificate of teaching experience or a copy of the work-record book certified at the place of work) - for applicants who are not full-time employees of SPbGASU;
• list of scientific and educational works for the last five years (Appendix 3 of the Competition Regulations);
• consent to the processing of personal data;
• documents confirming the absence of restrictions on employment in the field of education (certificate of no criminal record).
