On 3rd October, 2016 NTV television channel showed the plot about architectural projects of students of SPSUACE for two "sleeping" areas of St.-Petersburg.

The question of an accomplishment of such areas is actual for our city. Unfortunately, these areas are not notable for architectural beauty or convenience. But the more difficult the problem, the more interesting is its performance. A student of SPSUACE Anastasia Loskutova said that «it’s an interesting synthesis».

One of territories borders on Dimitrova St.,Dunaysky Pr,Malaya Bucharestskaya and Sofiyskaya streets. Another is in Krasnogvardejsky district on Rzhevka.
