On the right is Aleksandr Pishchulev, head of the Department of Industrial and Civil Engineering of the Academy of Construction and Architecture of SamSTUFrom 15 to 19 April, the Samara State Technical University held the 81st all-Russian scientific and technical conference “Traditions and Innovations in Construction and Architecture”. As part of it, there was a round table “Information modeling technologies (TIM) in construction: dialogue between education and industry”, jointly organized by SPbGASU, SamSTU and the ASCON company.
The members and participants of the round table were students, teachers, representatives of design organizations and software developers for digital modeling technologies in construction. Such issues as solutions for the operation of civil facilities, the human resources potential of the construction industry, mechanisms for the development of educational disciplines in the field of TIM, as well as various approaches to the training of specialized specialists were discussed.
SPbGASU was represented by Inna Sukhanova, head of the Division for Digital Competence in Construction, with a report on the topic “TIM Classes Project,” and Denis Nizhegorodtsev, director of the LDBIM Training Center with a report “Interdisciplinary training of TIM specialists. SPbGASU experience".
The round table became part of the innovative educational project “Innovative methodology for developing digital professional competencies of students and specialists in the construction industry".
