Part-time students received education certificates
People who work and study at the same time are students at the Institute of Continuous Forms of Education (SPbGASU ICFE). Despite their workload, they find time to get an education and successfully defend their theses.ICFE graduate
✔ From March 2 to 5, the ICFE part-time students were awarded their education certificates (diplomas) hosted the presentation of diplomas. Altogether, 479 part-time students of specialities (among them 124 Master’s degree holders and 87 Bachelor’s degree holders) in the areas of “Construction” and “Economics” received their certificates. 41 IBFO students graduated with honors.
This is the largest graduating bulk in three years. All students have become distinctive, remarkable professionals. As busy as they were at work, they did achieve their goal: they successfully completed training and defended their theses.

Among the best final qualification works were “Design of foundations of a residential building in the conditions of constrained city development” by Evgenia Lokteva (supervisor Associate Professor Andrey A. Ananyev, Candidate of Engineering). The author has developed a constructive scheme for fixing the foundation of an existing building using a sheet pile wall reinforced with earth anchors, which was recommended for implementation in the construction practice in St. Petersburg. The FQW “Organization of the construction of a kindergarten in Slavyanka, St. Petersburg” by Maria Morkes also was highly appreciated (supervisor Associate Professor, Vera M. Chelnokova, Candidate of Engineering).
Another one of the most interesting works was the “Organization of the construction of a warehouse complex at the address 104, Oktyabrskaya Emb., St. Petersburg” by Dmitry Zolotukhin (supervisor senior lectuchurer of the department of Construction Organization Olga G. Stupakova). The applicant had his pre-diploma practical training at Industrial Supply LLC and was engaged in the design of organizational and technological documentation for the construction of a warehouse complex. The data provided in the FQW will be used in the course of further construction work.
The FQWs on the “Reconstruction of the building of the ice palace” by Dina Feldman (supervisor head of the Department of Construction Production Technology Anton N. Gaido, Candidate of Engineering) and “Comprehensive strengthening of the foundation of pavement during the reconstruction of the highway in the Penovsky district of the Tver region” by Natalia Priupolina (supervisor Senior Lecturer at the Department of Auto Roads, Bridges and Tunnels Anna S. Simonova) were particularly distinguished.
– “Dina Feldman considered in her FQW the reconstruction of a former industrial building to accommodate an ice palace for students of Nakhimov Naval School in it. This diploma is quite applicable, and the graduate herself worked on the construction of this particular facility. The documentation is ready for practical use. Architectural and construction solutions are designed in accordance with current regulatory requirements,” said Anton Gaido.
