Agreement signing ceremony

On 25 October, an agreement was concluded in St Petersburg on the establishment of the Construction Industry Consortium of the North-Western Federal District.

The document was signed by Aleksandr Vakhmistrov, President of the SRO “Association of Builders of St Petersburg””; Aleksey Belousov, President of the NP “Association of Manufacturers of Construction Materials”; Igor Kreslavsky, Chairman of the St Petersburg Construction Committee; Vitaly Lazutkin, Chairman of the Construction Committee of the Leningrad Region; and Svetlana Golovina, SPbGASU First Vice-Rector .

According to the founders, the consortium was established as a scientific and educational ecosystem that unites efforts and consolidates the intellectual, infrastructural, information, reputational and financial resources of its members for the purpose of advanced personnel, scientific and technological support for the construction industry.
