From August to December 2023, the flagship educational project of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, “The Voice of Generation. Teachers." is carried out together with the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.

The main direction of the project is to provide support to teachers and employees responsible for educational work with students in building unified approaches to youth policy and educational activities in education.

In August, Natalya Lukina, the senior lecturer at the SPbGASU Department of Construction Technology, curator of first-year groups, completed this educational program.

“Talking about the concept of youth policy and its proper planning, we certainly understand the importance of proper interaction between all structures working with youth. Coherence of communications between educational activities and youth policy is the only way to create a healthy society. By focusing on providing high-quality conditions for the self-realization of young people and building successful interaction with them, we will be able to unlock their potential and support even more socially significant initiatives,” noted Natalya Leonidovna.

The program participants were treated to a three-day educational intensive, which consisted of work in groups, exchange of experience and best teaching practices, as well as lectures on socio-humanitarian knowledge and its role in shaping the worldview of students.
