The film entitled "The Arctic. The New Cold War" is dedicated to the history and current stage of development of the Russian Arctic. As one of the experts representing government agencies, leading Russian design and research organizations, public associations, Sergey Vladimirovich in the series "Permafrost" and "Wings of the North. Revival of the Legend" spoke about construction on permafrost and ways to solve problems related to climate change, as well as about the development of infrastructure in the Arctic zone.
