SPbGASU teachers visited the International Construction Forum and Exhibition 100+ Technobuild 2023. The events took place in Yekaterinburg from 3 to 6 October.

The exhibition traditionally included all areas of construction, design and development of the urban environment. This is a meeting place for developers, builders, architects, designers, manufacturers of materials and technologies, contractors, representatives of government authorities and the scientific community.

Daria Denisikhina, associate professor at the Department of Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation, spoke at the round table “Engineering systems of buildings, including high-rise ones. Digital technologies in engineering systems" with the report "CFD modeling of microclimate. When it is necessary, and when it is an unreasonable luxury.

Inna Sukhanova, Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Municipal Services, and Denis Nizhegorodtsev, Director of the Laboratory of Digital Building Information Models, visited the Russian BIM Technologies Forum, which was held as part of the exhibition, and held negotiations with TIM market leaders on cooperation in educational and scientific events.

Denis Nizhegorodtsev noted: “We were able to get acquainted with the latest domestic developments in the field of building information modeling. I liked that the presentations by representatives of government authorities, design companies, and software developers touched on the most current topics on the implementation of technical information technology and how to benefit from it for the construction industry.”
