PERI is one of the world's largest manufacturers of formwork and scaffolding with a Russian subsidiary in Noginsk, Moscow Region. The company is interested in expanding knowledge in the field of monolithic construction, and thus, it regularly conducts training for teachers of specialized universities in Russia and Belarus.
From SPbGASU, the head of the Department of Construction Management, Associate Professor Roman Motylev, senior lecturer at the Department Nadezhda Rozantseva, senior lecturers at the Department of Construction Technology Pavel Belozerov and Mkrtich Tonakanyan were trained at the latest stream.
“In the courses we focus on practice-oriented material. Our specialists, who work with projects of different complexity, share their knowledge and experience. The program consists of two continuing education courses: Formwork Technology and Formwork Fleet Management. This year we have also supplemented the program with a block on labor protection during formwork work. We adjust and strengthen the courses based on the feedback provided to us by the participants of the training,” said PERI representative.
The teachers highly appreciated the content of the material and expressed their desire to attend other courses of the company. The next training stream is scheduled for 19-20 October.
