On 30 March, the Higher Education Independent Evaluation Aggregator team published the National Aggregate Ranking (NAR). In 2023, the ranking brought together 686 Russian universities, divided into 10 leagues, starting with the Premier League.

St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering re-entered the First League (100 best) universities in Russia, retaining the result of last year.

12 popular and authoritative ratings came to the attention of the NAR authors, so the aggregated rating became even more objective and meaningful. This event is of particular importance on the eve of the admission campaign, when applicants are faced with the choice of an educational institution.
