In March 2023, the Department of Labor Conditions and Labor Protection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation conducted an expert assessment of SPbGASU for the accreditation of organizations providing services in the field of labor protection in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2334 dated 16 December, 2021 "On accreditation of organizations, individual entrepreneurs providing services in the field of labor protection, and requirements for organizations and individual entrepreneurs providing services in the field of labor protection."

SPbGASU was accredited to train employers and employees on labor protection issues in four training programs:

• a training program on general issues of labor protection and the functioning of the labor protection management system;
• a training program on safe methods and techniques for performing work under the influence of harmful and (or) hazardous production factors, sources of danger identified as part of a special assessment of working conditions and occupational risk assessment;
• a training program on safe methods and techniques for performing high-risk work, which are subject to additional requirements in accordance with regulatory legal acts containing state regulatory requirements for labor protection;
• first aid training program.

SPbGASU entered the register of organizations providing services in the field of labor protection, under registration number No. 5024 (training employers and employees in labor protection issues).
