The International Exhibition and Forum RUSSIA EXPO has started in Moscow at VDNKh.

The exhibition presents the most important achievements of the Russian Federation in various sectors of the economy, including industry, energy, agriculture, transport, construction, higher education, science and culture, as well as positive experience in the development of the country's regions and promoting international cooperation.

The exhibition of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation “Decade of Science and Technology", dedicated to advanced domestic achievements in the scientific and technological field, as well as the transformation of higher education was opened in pavilion No. 57 “Russia - My History”. It tells guests about the achievements and prospects of domestic science, demonstrates the capabilities of universities of the present and future, and involves the younger generation in the field of research and development.

The exhibition includes 14 thematic halls reflecting the achievements of Russian higher educational institutions and scientific institutes and the main challenges facing the academic community.

Visitors have the opportunity to build their own individual trajectory of scientific career development. To do this, at the beginning of the trip, each guest receives an intelligent tracker that records interest in the exhibits and elements of the exhibition. At the same time, in each exhibition hall the visitor can test his knowledge. At the end of the trip, the system asks several clarifying questions, analyzes the information received and generates personal recommendations on a possible path in the world of science.

St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering is taking part in the International Exhibition and Forum RUSSIA EXPO as part of the St Petersburg stand.

During the scientific week from 5 to 11 February, 2024, which is organized by the Committee on Science and Higher Education of the St Petersburg Government, a video film about the long-term scientific and practical interaction of the university with the federal construction company “Etalon Group” will be presented.

SPbGASU staff will also conduct interactive master classes using the practical results of the university’s scientific work.
