The Committee on Labor and Employment of the Leningrad Region and the Center for Advanced Vocational Training "Profstandart" together with the Vsevolozhsk Youth Center "Alpha" and SPbGASU held an interactive training seminar "Territory of safe work" at the SPbGASU "Smart Labor" training site.

Students from regional schools as part of labor squads went on tours of the interactive modules of the training ground and tested the computer training program "Smart Labor" using a VR system. Thanks to the training seminar, the participants got to know the profession of a labor protection inspector better, saw examples of accidents, learned how they could be prevented.

“The goal was to draw the attention of teenagers to labor safety issues and reduce workplace injuries in the future, to show the guys how important labor protection is at work,” said Alla Astratova, Chairman of the Committee on Labor and Employment of the Leningrad Region.

The seminar participants noted that such demonstrations are very important, now they know exactly what the employer is obliged to do to protect them. The children liked the non-standard format for presenting information, which allows you to clearly convey the importance of compliance with the rules and safety precautions.
