On 19 June, SPbGASU started accepting documents for admission to the university. Applicants are waiting for seven faculties of the oldest architectural and construction university in Russia.

The university offers 19 bachelor's programs, four specialist's programs and 20 master's programs.

1607 students can enter the budget places. There are four ways to submit documents: personally come to the admissions committee; send the documents by Russian Post; upload them in electronic format through your personal account on the university website; through the portal "Gosuslugi" with the help of the super service "Admission to the university online".

To submit documents using the super service "Admission to the university online", you need to create and confirm an account on the "Gosuslugi" portal. Next, you should fill out an application, sel ect no more than five universities and five fields of study in each (there may be more competitive groups), send an application and, if necessary, sign up for entrance exams. Until the end of the deadline for submitting documents, the application can be changed or withdrawn. The original secondary school certificate is not required to be brought to the university if it is confirmed in the Federal Register of Education Documents. It is also allowed to send its electronic copy. When enrolling within the target quota, you must download the target contract.

Information about personal achievements will be presented automatically on the portal "Gosuslugi" in the appropriate section. If any documents and achievements are missing, you can download them yourself. In the absence of information about the document on education, you need to contact the organization that issued it and ask to check the correctness of entering data into the Federal Register of Education Documents, including the availability of information about SNILS (personal insurance policy number).

In addition, when applying for a paid place in an online format, you can conclude an education agreement by signing it using the Gosklyuch mobile application.

Also on the portal, you can track the processing status of all applications for universities and competitive groups and receive notifications. Upon receipt of the application, the status will change to “Received by the university”, and then to “Under consideration”. If everything is in order, the status of the competition group will change to "Participating in the competition". University staff may ask the applicant to replace copies of documents that are difficult to read. In this case, a notification will be sent.

All competitive lists can be viewed directly on the Gosuslugi portal: from 27 July, universities begin to publish them.

It is now also possible to submit the original document on education to the university for enrollment not only in person, but also in electronic form on the Gosuslugi portal by clicking the “Submit original” button. In this case, you do not need to bring a paper original to the university. Please note that the acceptance of originals at the priority stage will end on 28 July at 12:00 Moscow time, at the main stage of enrollment - on 3 August at 12:00 Moscow time.

An important innovation of the current enrollment campaign is that in order to be admitted to the budget, applicants must submit the original secondary school certificate to the university or put a mark on the submission of the original on the portal.

For the period of passing additional entrance examinations of a professional orientation (Faculty of Architecture), SPbGASU provides nonresident applicants and their parents with a place to stay in the Interuniversity campus.
