In 2023, St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering became a participant in an independent assessment of the quality of conditions for carrying out educational activities.

The procedure for independent assessment of the quality of the conditions for carrying out educational activities (hereinafter referred to as IQAC) is carried out in accordance with Art. 95, part 2 of the Federal Law of 29 December, 2012 No. 273-FZ “On Education in the Russian Federation” and provides for an assessment of the completeness and openness of information about the activities of an educational organization, the comfort of the conditions created for students, the availability of educational services for people with disabilities and health disorders, friendliness and politeness of university employees, satisfaction with the conditions of educational activities.

The sources of information for the assessment were: the SPbGASU official website, a visit by an independent expert, a survey of students and their parents through an anonymous questionary.

The IQAC procedure is carried out at least once every three years. For SPbGASU, the IQAC procedure was already the second. The results of the SPbGASU's assessment are high, as stated by the issued participant certificate.
