On 4 June, the National Aggregate Ranking by Subject 2024 was published. This year, 686 universities, 55 enlarged groups of specialties and fields of study and more than 25,000 fields of study / specialties participated in the ranking. When compiling the rating, developers rely on data from open sources, mainly on databases of a number of well-known ratings: RAEX agency ratings, Global Aggregate Ranking, National Aggregate Ranking, Subject Rating based on the results of professional and public accreditation. Indicators related to the quality of admission, the quality of educational and scientific activities, as well as indicators of the demand for graduates are taken into account.

For the Ranking, educational programs for all SPbGASU enlarged groups of specialties and fields of study were analyzed. Of these, three received the highest rating and entered the Premier League: these are 07.00.00 Architecture, 08.00.00 Construction technique and technology and 23.00.00 Land transport technique and technology.

The First League included educational programs in the enlarged group of specialties 09.00.00 Informatics and Computer Science, 20.00.00 Technosphere Safety and Environmental Management, 38.00.00 Economics and Management and 54.00.00 Fine and Applied Arts. It is also worth noting that four specialties entered the second league, significantly improving their positions compared to last year: 01.00.00 Mathematics and Mechanics, 15.00.00 Mechanical Engineering, 21.00.00 Applied Geology, Mining, Oil and Gas Engineering and Geodesy and 40.00.00 Jurisprudence.
