The days of open doors
On the last weekend in October, the open-door events were held at the SPbGASU main building, where all faculties made their presentations.
“We talked about the rules of admission to the university in 2020, about the novelty option to apply to the university online. SPbGASU joined the pilot testing of the super service, which will save students time and money when applying,” said Natalya Orlova, Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee.

Each faculty has created its own exposition. The Automobile and Road Faculty of Civil Engineering installed a makeshift racing car in the lobby, in which everyone could take a picture. The Faculty of Civil Engineering provided an opportunity for the interested to examine construction materials under a microscope, and at the counter of the Faculty of Architecture one could see the building models made by students.
“We are pleased to announce that this year we are opening a new area of training - “Information Systems and Technology” for both Bachelor and Master’s degree students. Well, now we are waiting for computer students in our university family!” said Svetlana G. Golovina, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs.
