SPbGASU and NOPRIZ signed a cooperation agreement
On 26 October, Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering and the National Association of Surveyors and Designers (NOPRIZ) signed a cooperation agreement.

At the signing ceremony the university was represented by Rector Evgeny Rybnov, vice rectors and faculty deans.
From the National Association of Surveyors and Designers, the ceremony was attended by President Mikhail Posokhin, Vice-President Aleksandr Grimitlin and representatives of the Association's management.
SPbGASU and NOPRIZ intend to jointly develop educational programmes based on the requirements of the industry practices, hold events to provide career guidance and popularize construction professions, develop materials to assess professional competencies of students and specialists, promote information technologies and participate in creating digital libraries.
"The signing of the cooperation agreement is taking our interaction with the Association to a new level. I am sure this important event will contribute to improving the training process," noted Evgeny Rybnov.
"We will be taking practical steps together to implement the most advanced areas of SPbGASU's activities," said Mikhail Posokhin.
✔ The signing ceremony took place as part of the NOPRIZ Days at SPbGASU organized on 25 and 26 October. The programme included a visit to the Smart Labour safety training park, which was introduced to the guests by Vitaly Tsaplin, Head of the Department of Technosphere Safety, Director of the Scientific and Educational Centre for Occupational Safety in Construction and the SAFECON project manager. The training site has been created to help companies and educational institutions to introduce a new level of occupational safety procedures.
Smart Labour training park was constructed within the SAFECON project as part of the Southeast Finland – Russia Cross-Border Cooperation 2014–2020 Programme, which is funded by the European Union, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Finland. Mikhail Posokhin underlined the indisputable advantages of the training offered at the facility.
On 26 October, Mikhail Posokhin gave a master class for students of the Faculty of Architecture. The renowned architect was introduced by Irina Lugovskaia, Vice Rector for External Relations and Youth Policy of SPbGASU. "SPbGASU traditionally holds Partner Days, and NOPRIZ is one of the university’s key partners. For instance, the Association is the general partner of the All-Russian student BIM Championship, which has started these days at our university," she said.
During the master class, the head of NOPRIZ told about his work on high-profile projects.
«I am very happy to see so many young people interested in the profession of an architect.
This profession is not just about talent, about creative projects. It's also about a struggle to get the project off the ground," he stressed.
