SPbGASU ended "Architectural Seasons"
For the twelfth time, the Regional Creative Forum with international participation "Architectural Seasons" was held at the SPbGASU Faculty of Architecture. The forum, which lasted from April 19 to 22, comprised lectures with invited architects, clauses, master classes, debates on topical issues of modern architecture, bus tours for students, a scientific conference and other events.

“We are very pleased that our graduates, who have become successful architects, met with students. The "Architectural Seasons" was opened by the outstanding modern architect Evgeny Gerasimov, a graduate of LISI. Vladimir Reppo and Andrey Kochetkov, SPbGASU graduates of different years, held a debate with students on the topic "City of the Future". It is extremely important for us that architects keep in touch with their university. We are proud of the success of our graduates, we are always glad to see them at the faculty and are grateful to them for communicating with those who are still studying. It is very important for modern students to see the prospects of their profession,” shared the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture Ekaterina Voznyak.
The largest event of the "Architectural Seasons 2022" was the competition of student works, which was held as an all-Russian competition for the first time. More than 400 works were submitted for the competition, 140 of them from other cities: Samara, Rostov-on-Don, Vladivostok, Voronezh, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Volgograd, Vladimir, Saratov, Penza. The best term papers were selected as a result of multi-level voting. The voting was taken by students (first stage, online), teachers from SPbGASU (second stage, in person) and an expert council of practicing architects (third stage, in person).
The jury included the head of the Anfilada MARO studio Maria Romanova, the chief architect and partner of the architectural bureau Studio 44 Ivan Kozhin, the general director of the DEREVO PARK landscape design studio Andrey Kochetkov, the general director of the Reppo Creative Architectural Studio Vladimir Reppo, professor at Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov Yuri Savelyev.
The places were distributed as follows:

- best undergraduate student work, first year – Arina Akatova;
- best undergraduate student work, second year – Milena Afanasyeva;
- best undergraduate student work, third year – Diana Akbasheva;
- best undergraduate student work, fourth year – Neil Nasedkin;
- best undergraduate student work, fifth year – Andrey Zima;
- the best master's student work - Polina Novikova.
Within the scientific conference "Architectural Seasons at SPbGASU 2022", master's hearings were held at each graduating department of the Faculty of Architecture. The best works were selected, on the basis of which public performances took place:
- "Urban planning organization of healthcare facilities placement in the spatial structure of St. Petersburg" (second-year undergraduate student of the Department of Urban Planning Boris Provkin);
- "Renovation of the coastal territory of the Oka River in the historical center of Kaluga" (second-year undergraduate student of the Department of Architectural and Urban Planning Heritage Daria Lazareva);
- “Peculiarities of organizing a tourist cluster on the territory of Taimyr” (second-year master student of the Department of Architectural Environment and Landscape Design Anastasia Matyushonok);
- “Project of a tourist center in the Murmansk region” (second-year master student of the Department of Architectural Engineering Anna Efimova);
- “Project of a modern library complex in Ekaterinburg” (second-year master student of the Department of Architectural Engineering Irina Naboichenko).
The final hearings were held with the participation of leading teachers of the Faculty of Architecture and senior students. As a result of voting, the work “Peculiarities of organizing a tourist cluster on the territory of Taimyr” by Anastasia Matyushonok was recognized as the best work and the best scientific report. Anastasia came to St. Petersburg from the North, and her work is naturally dedicated to the development of tourism and architecture of her native land.
