SPbGASU held a brain ring game
The history of the university is associated with the name of which Russian emperor? What is the informal symbol of the university? What was the name of the university for the longest period? These and other difficult questions were answered by the participants of the inter-faculty brain ring game, which took place at SPbGASU on May 17.
Brain ring is an intellectual game in which the most erudite person (or team) who answers the host's questions wins. Our students had to answer quickly: only 60 seconds were allotted for reflection, 20 seconds for the answer. The team received one point for each answer. If neither team could find the correct answer, the fans were given the opportunity.
The brain ring was dedicated to the 190th anniversary of the St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. Irina Lugovskaia, Chairman of the Jury, Vice-Rector for Youth Policy, wished success to the participants and announced that numerous anniversary events are held at the university throughout the year: sports competitions, an essay contest about a favorite teacher, a photo contest "University Faces" and this brain ring, dedicated to the history and traditions of our university.

The teams of the Faculty of Forensics and Law in Construction and Transport and the Faculty of Civil Engineering reached the final. In a stubborn struggle, the team of the Faculty of Civil Engineering won.
The captain of the winning team, a second-year student of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Roman Zinoviev, shared his impressions: “It was easy to answer some questions. But in the final, the questions were especially difficult, even the audience could not answer them. Participation in this game left a pleasant impression, created a good mood for the evening and, of course, gave new knowledge about the university. Some of the facts we learned for the first time ".
Congratulations to the winners, we wish them success in their studies and extracurricular activities!
