SPbGASU introduces foreign students to the modern construction aspects
Students from Henan University of Urban Planning (Pindinshan, China) visited SPbGASU for practical training
Head of the SPbGASU Department of International Cooperation Svetlana N. Petrova is sure about the usefulness of such visits. Their participants get an idea of how training is conducted at another university. As a result, many foreign undergraduate students seriously consider enrollment to SPbGASU for graduate studies. Some of them successfully fulfill their intentions in the future.
The introductive practical training in the “Features of modern construction” is carried out on a regular basis. This practical training is very popular with students; they wonder about nearly everything. From year to year, the number of participants in such groups increases. In the future, it is planned to cover the architectural sphere and sign an agreement with Henan University of Urban Planning. Next fall, the formation of a new group of students interested in going on a similar trip to the PRC will take place at SPbGASU
Of course, student introductive training is far from the only format of interaction with our partners. Quite soon, Chinese teachers will come for an internship at one of the oldest technical universities in Russia.
