SPbGASU Lecturers Awarded with the St Petersburg Government Prizes
The Committee for Science and Higher Education of St Petersburg summed up the results of the competition for city government awards in the field of scientific and pedagogical activities.

✔ Among the winners were teachers of the SPbGASU Department of Management in Construction – associate professor Aleksandr Kharitonovich and senior lecturer Marina Egorova.
Aleksandr Kharitonovich was awarded for the educational and methodological work "Worksbook on the theory of organization" for students in the direction of "Management".
“The workbook allows students not only to master the theoretical principles of organizational science, but also to form and develop basic skills in managing organizations,” the author explained.
Marina Egorova submitted to the competition the textbook "Team building, self-management and social adaptation in professional activities", prepared in collaboration with professor at the Department of Management in Construction Irina Drozdova and associate professor Aleksandra Prikhodko. “The textbook is intended for master’s students, regardless of the direction and profile of the program, as it allows them to form universal competencies in organizing teamwork, managing teams and such modern areas as self-management and adaptation,” said Marina Egorova.
The organizers of the competition emphasized that the works of SPbGASU teachers are devoted to topical issues of management and are performed at a high professional level.
