SPbGASU Rector Receives Recognition from the President of Russia

On November 30, the Governor of Saint Petersburg Alexander Beglov handed out state awards and honours from the President of the Russian Federation. The ceremony took place in Smolny, the official residence of the St. Petersburg government. Evgeny Rybnov, Rector of Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, was among the awardees.

"Thanks to your efforts our city and our country are successfully developing. Together we can overcome any difficulties. I congratulate you on earning these high awards and thank you for your work," said Alexander Beglov.

"It is a great honour for me to receive the Commendation of the President of Russia. This high award is the merit of the entire university staff and reflects the achievements of SPbGASU in scientific and educational activities. As the head of the university that will celebrate its 190th anniversary next year, I will do my best for its further successful development,” emphasized Evgeny Rybnov.
