From October 22 to 27, 2018 International student competition ‘Economics and Management’ took place in Saint-Petersburg. SPbGASU was represented by fourth year students Alla Kuznetsova, Aleksandr Krasavin and Maksim Znak from the Faculty of Economics and Management.

SPbGASU team participated in the section ‘Logistic Prognostics and Supply Chains Management’. the first round of the section was individual, where the students had a test, solved difficult problems and wrote an essay about prognostics application in logistics and supply chains management. Alla Kuznetsova got the second place, Aleksandr Krasavin and Maksim Znak got the third places.

The second round was a case competition where the students were mixed and then divided into teams. Cases corresponded with job tasks of logistics experts and covered transportation, storage and design of logistics network. Maksim Znak got the second place and Alla Kuznetsova got the first place. She also participated in the third round where the winners of all sections competed.
